在郑州,在一条条道路和立交桥的环抱中,有一个引人注目的小吃,畅销海内外,郑州爱吃面的人都喜欢吃的,那就是郑州的滋补烩面。它不仅美味,还让人回味无穷。
这一天,我在郑州的美食城里面品尝了无数美味小吃,但我最喜欢的还是那道叫“滋补烩面”的小面。
一走进烩面馆,扑面而来的是淡淡的油香和诱人的香味。这香气让我忍不住驻足,想吃一口。
“滋补烩面”,这个名字听起来有点复杂,但其实是个简单的东西。它由面、米、菜组成,在不同的调料下变化着它的味道。
今天的面馆里人来人往,很难找到位置。还好,我刚进去就有人出去了,便坐了下来。妈妈去点菜,我却坐在座位上,等待她的到来。这香味真是叫人垂涎三尺,这味道,是那种无法形容的美妙,青菜味、肉味、面味、辣椒味,闻着似乎要吃一个大杂烩。
终于,妈妈回来了。盘子里摆满了香喷喷的烩面,我情不自禁地拿起筷子,把手中的烩面端了下来。哇,这烩面真的是舒服极了!灯光照着那一碗面,面发出了光,许多青菜漂浮在汤上,西红柿衬托着这些青菜,显得像是为面公子穿的衣服。

When I first visited西安, I couldn’t help but think about how it would feel to try something new like “soups” and see how it changed my life.
“Soups”, meaning a thick, savory mixture of vegetables with a saltiness kick in its texture. It’s a dish that demands patience because the flavors must blend precisely.
